Ryan W. Greene

Attorney

Attorney Ryan W. Greene is licensed in the United States Virgin Islands and in Texas, but routinely handles complex litigation across the nation. A graduate of Baylor Law School, Ryan is a civil trial attorney with over 22 years of experience litigating civil cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States and the United States Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix). He has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdicts in state and federal courts.

Ryan’s practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of negligence, premises liability, and other civil torts. He also focuses on aviation and product defect cases against some of the world’s largest manufacturers.

He has routinely handled significant personal injury cases arising from commercial vehicle collisions and personal injury matters involving traumatic brain injuries and other catastrophic injuries. Ryan also represents individuals in select cases of employment discrimination and wrongful termination, including in collective actions for unpaid overtime compensation.
